Tata Starbucks – Koramangala 7th Block

Let’s be honest… Finding good Wi-Fi in Bangalore is quite a challenge. Luckily you can always rely on Starbucks. Be prepared for western pricing, but the extremely friendly staff, the great Internet connection and the AC (bring a sweater on cloudy days!) make up for it all. Starbucks is also a great place to do some networking or make some new friends. The crowd is a mixture of expats, business people, student and Indians ready to take over the world with their own start-up.

Third wave Coffee Roasters – Koramangala 4th Block

If you are tired of drinking Chai or sugar/milk suspension Indians call coffee ;), Third Wave is a great escape. From French press brew to Red velvet latte and everything in between, they serve it all. Their coffee and their Baked Goods are to die for. They serve healthy breakfast for those days when you need it and pancakes (fried Oreo’s!) & waffles for those days that you REALLY need it. This is also a great place to study or to work (90 min of free Wi-Fi).

The Local Terrace Drinkery – Koramangala 6th block

Fantasizing about a night chilling with friends chilling on a terrace? The Local is your place to be. As the name suggests, the local urban crowd hangs out right at this spot. It is an amazing place to catch up with your friends in a great ambiance with good rock music on the background.

The Social  Koramangala– Koramangala 7th block

Literally everything is amazing about this place. Breakfast? – Lunch? – Dinner? – Drinks? - The Social is the answer. It is one of the most beautiful and original locations with an industrial look and plants everywhere you see. The Social is quite big, still being able to create a cozy and warm feeling (gezellig!). Their huge breakfast plates are a must try, but to be honest everything they serve will leave you satisfied and happy.

Toit – Indiranagar

Of all the breweries Bangalore, craft beer capital of India, Toit is an original one, the interior is industrial and very unique. This place is always packed with people so it is recommended to make a reservation on forehand. They serve great great great food (famous for their pizza’s and cheese fondue!) and brew amazing Craft beer. A must visit.

Big Brewsky – Sarjapur road

If you want to visit one extremely cool location in Bangalore, Big Brewsky is that place (not to be confused with the bar “Brewski”). Literary everything is amazing about this place. Take a moment to  enjoy the amazing decoration and looks of the spot. Everything on the menu is worth trying, but if you need a suggestion: their steak is divine. They serve delicious house-brewed craft beer. After your amazing dinner you can head of straight to the bar across the pool. A perfect place to burn off your cherry chocolate cheesecake and dance the night away, or you know, till 1AM.

Eat street – Koramangala 6th block

This everyday food festival serves almost everything you could wish for. Chinese, Indian, streetfood, pizza, Mexican… These are just some examples of the counters that are present. It is a great value for money place and perfect if you want a fast and cheap dinner.

Prost – Koramangala 4th block

If you want to go to a brewery nearby, Prost is your destination. Their craft beer is extremely tasty (try their sampler set for only 180 INR to get a full impression) and the ambiance is very chill. Reached the place and in for a treat? Their overloaded nacho’s are the best ones in the whole of Bangalore. You’re welcome!

Chianti – Koramangala 5th block

The best place for Italian food in Koramangala is Chianti without doubt. Their ambiance is European and the staff is friendly and skilled. It is hard to recommend a specific dish, since their whole menu (including the salads and desserts) is to die for. This is a place you want to return to over and over again and if you are still hesitating: free bread as a starter, just saying…

Punjab Grill – Koramangala 7th block

If you’re in for mouthwatering Indian food, don’t hesitate to give Punjab grill a visit. They are not cheap, especially compared to Indian restaurants, but keep in mind that this is not just a normal restaurant. It’s an experience. Butter chicken is a classic in the Indian kitchen and you are not going to find a place that serves it better. Accompany it with their famous ulte tawe ka parantha (some sort of pancake to go with curries… just try it!) and you are good to go. Punjab Grill is also a great place to try delicious Indian desserts.
